Follow this step-by-step program to help you build the strength and movements necessary for a successful pull-up. Achieving a pull-up might be easier for some but more difficult for others, depending on gender, body fat, arm length, and height.
Check out the Pull-up Progression Program for exercises aimed at increasing your strength and helping you achieve your goal. Once you complete your first one, keep up your strength and continue to increase the number of pull-ups you can do!
